And what are you willing to do to get a free Ducks hockey ticket?

And how willing are you to dress up and look goofy?

If the answer to any of these questions is “a lot,” then keep reading.

If you go to the Ducks of Anaheim hockey game against San Jose Saturday night (Nov. 21) and you dress up in makeup and clothing like a member of KISS, you will get a voucher for a free ticket to a future Ducks home game.

Fans decked out for the occasion can also enter the “best dressed” contest, with the prize being two tickets to the KISS concert at the Honda Center on Tuesday, Nov. 24.

Gee, if you’re into those crazy guys, this seems like an event too good to pass up.

Additionally, the Honda Center will be playing KISS music throughout the night and face painters will be available to work on fans.

This movie screens in black and white with the unstoppable combination of Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland doing some great song-and-dance numbers. The silly plot revolves around some kids getting together and putting on a show, but the plot doesn’t really matter, you just want to see the amazing singing and dancing directed by the legendary Busby Berkeley. I might bring my kids to this one.

The screenings take place in an auditorium, with classic cartoons, short subjects and trailers, just like the real thing! You can even buy popcorn and snacks at bargain prices.

The Friday Film Forum movies are free but they ask for a $1 donation to cover the cost of printing the programs. They are all suitable for all ages.

This season is featuring films from the great year 1939, which included such classics as Gone With the Wind.

Even if you’ve rented these movies and watched them on your TV, it’s worth going to see them on a big screen, as the filmmakers intended.

Needless to say, especially the fabulous Gone with the Wind.

Full Schedule for 1939 series:
Nov. 20, 2009: Babes in Arms (w/ Judy Garland & Mickey Rooney)
Nov. 27: No Movie (Thanksgiving Holiday)
gonewiththewindposterDec. 4, 2009: Dark Victory (w/ Bette Davis )
Dec. 11, 2009: The Cat and the Canary / Flying Deuces (Double  Feature)  (Bob Hope & Laurel & Hardy)

Click here to go to the JetBlue sample sale page with all the deals today

You must purchase these tickets today and the sooner the better, because they won’t last. The fares are only good Dec. 2-16 and January 6-28.  Sadly, MLK Jr. weekend is blacked out.

The Long Beach-Salt Lake City for $49 each way fare is really a great deal and I’m thinking about grabbing it myself, because I have family in Utah.

Or maybe you want to go to Orlando for $59 each way, Austin for $79 each way,  San Francisco for $29, $59 to Seattle or $89 to Washington Dulles.

More deals are available too, from Long Beach, LAX and more.

As JetBlue says, you are now free to move around the country.
