Do you think it cares about you, the small customer?

Well, I sure don’t, that’s why I have used credit unions for most of my financial transactions for the past 20 years. Banks hate credit unions and have tried repeatedly to drive them out of business. Fortunately, they have not been successful.

If, however, you are loyal to your commercial bank, then I suggest you read this interesting MSN Money post so you can be educated about how your financial institution operates:
