This truly is one of the top entertainment bargains I’ve seen for all-day Halloween fun.

Sunday (Oct. 25) is the 12th annual Trick or Treat Festival, Halloween Hearse Show and Procession at the Orange County Marketplace, with events from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The marketplace charges $2 admission for adults, and kids are free.

It’s located at the OC Fairgrounds, 88 Fair Dr. Costa Mesa.
