Mothers or mothers-to-be can talk to a lactation expert, find out if their baby is getting enough to eat, and meet other moms who are breastfeeding at the free workshops at Milkalicious, a retail store and lactation consultation service in Aliso Viejo.

The workshops are offered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
